Job responsibilties:

Answer customer’s calls and improve customer satisfaction over the phone supporting Vodafone UK.

Requirements:
1) Graduates, or undergraduates willing and able to work full time.
2) Fluent English is A MUST
3) Excellent communication Skills
4) Flexible with shift basis (No over night shifts)
5) Fast Learner.
6) Experience in offshore call center is a plus.
