4- Senior Export Executive:
*Tasks and responsibilities:
1- Handling all customer relations for the pre and after sales process.
2- Handling all communication with the clients and correspondence and all required documentation for the sales process.
3- Identification of delivery schedules with shipping companies for customers.
4- Attend Exhibitions in Egypt / abroad.
5- Making the mailing campaigns. Sending out the marketing campaigns / newsletters and other relevant information to all clients.
6- Sending out (quotations / Performa invoices/ invoices/ shipping documents/photos and all other client requests) to the customers.
7- Sending Products Specs & samples if requested.
8- Receiving purchase orders.
9- Receiving deposit.
10- Check delivery date. Follow up with the technical office and the factory until all products are delivered to client.
11- Filing all relevant documentation for the clients according to the company ISO document flow.
12- Compile Tender documents for local and international projects.
*Required Qualifications:
1- University graduate– Business Major preferable
2- Years of Experience: From 2-3 years in the same field
3- To be a proven export professional with a track record of successful product sourcing and international logistic experience
4- Experience with shipping details and customs documentation
5- General Skills:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Preferable Command of a second foreign language
- Excellent command of computer skills MS Office Specially Excel
- Excellent Internet user
-A track record of successful strategic delivery, strong team work orientation and excellent communication skills
