Main Operational Responsibilities:

? Closely collaborates with sales team members for the best applicable provision of sales activities

? Performs sales operation activities, including gathering offers, submitting SBO’s, preparing sales orders, following up on all related activities until delivery/service completion, and logging operations/activities records and outcomes

? Handles the proper channeling of client problems, answers general inquiries and complaints

? Follows up on general offers’ handling and proper processing

? Maintains, grows, and builds long term relationships with account portfolio via phone calls, emails, promotions, and job quality follow-up

? Achieves potential leads related activities with Sales Team Members

? Prepares and submits weekly sales orders reports & sales pipeline to supervisor.

? Acts as a liaison between clients and sales administration/logistics team, when and if need be

? Performs operational duties, in collaboration with sales administration/logistics team

? Maintains and works on growing vendors’ database

? Maintains and works on growing customers’ database

? Ensures proper gross profit levels are achieved, through close monitoring and continual improvement plans

? Assists on a limited scope in periodical customers’ satisfaction surveys and follows up on resulting activities in the aim of validating customer satisfaction

? Assists on a limited scope in periodical market intelligence activities

? Works with Customers to ensure timely payments against invoices

? Contributes in promoting and enhancing company culture

? Contributes in promoting and enhancing a positively healthy work environment

? Performs any additional duty as required and assigned by direct supervisor

Note: mainly deals with VIP customers and prospects, as instructed by sales force supervisor, with participation in sales activities related to other less strategic customers and prospects
Tools & Skills needed for the job:

· Experience with enterprise software solutions

· Experience in dealing with large, complex organizations.

· Experience in CRM

· Self-motivation and a good level of autonomy and creativity

· Organizational skills needed for handling multiple priorities

· Skills for the promotion of positive inter-departmental and customer relations

· Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation, instruction, persuasion, or speaking with others

· Ability to function in a high stress environment, under substantial time pressure

· Resilience abilities

· Hierarchal awareness and commitment to discipline and punctuality

· Ability to perform duties and responsibilities set forth above in a consistent and efficient manner





Essential Educational Background & Experience:

? High School diploma or general business education degree (GED) required.

? Prior experience within industry is a plus (Three to Four years of related work experience)

? Good English and Arabic verbal and written command

? Prior PC knowledge/command of Windows based applications





Specific Technical Competencies (directly related to the job):

? Extensive technical competency in sales management

? Good technical competency in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management

? Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements

? Proven leadership and ability to drive sales operations

? Good technical competency in project management
