Job Description: (System Analyst)
• Working closely with the client, analysts examine existing business models and flows of data, discuss their findings with the client, and design an appropriate improved IT solution.
• Produce outline designs and costing of new IT systems, specifying the operations the system will perform, and the way data will be viewed by the user, present their design to the client and, once it is approved, work closely with the client team to implement the solution.
• Study, analyze and design Systems Solutions that improve the business efficiency and productivity.
• Responsible for the detailed analysis, functional specifications and assessment of existing financial package and supporting developers in the development tasks.
• Solutions should conform to the company’s Systems standards, IT Industry Best Practice and aligned with the business objectives.
• Should provide a full System Analysis function that enables developing projects/changes that improve business efficiency and productivity
• Work closely with the developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
• Support in creating system design model that fulfils the business and system requirements.
• Technically test development solutions. Deliver project documentation and test guidelines to support the business testing.
• The work might be for an external client or an internal client (such as a department within the same organization).
Skills
• Experience in Data & Function Modeling
• Knowledge in System Analysis Methodology
• Excellent skills on user requirements study and application designs
• Able to work under pressure.
• Solid Experience in analyzing ERP projects is a must
• Technical background in developing solutions is a plus and especially using Microsoft .NET
• Technical background in developing local ERP solutions is a must and especially using Microsoft .NET
Other Skills:
• Logical approach to the solution of problems
• Good conceptual ability and skills in analysis and problem solving
• Good knowledge for Object Oriented concepts
• Good Knowledge for .Net framework, web development and RDBMS Experience in S/W Analysis and Design
• Experience in UML Diagrams and Tools
• Experience in DB Conceptual/Physical
• Design (ERD/DDL) Automated testing tools experience is a plus

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
