Tire Management Supervisor

For immediate hiring tire management supervisor is highly and urgently needed for a big and progressive company in the field of Logistics.
1. Compile, implement and monitor a Tire PM program.
2. Supervise and monitor the CM tire work orders.
3. Supervise the tire transaction data collecting and recording.
4. Provide monthly tire statistics (consumption rate, failure rate...etc)
5. Initiate and monitor tire purchasing and consumption within approved tire budget.
6. Provide technical failure analysis reports for failed tires.
7. Supervise and control tire team under his command.
8. Suggest/Provide training to tire team personal.
9. Suggest / provide methods to increase tire lifetime and decrease tire maintenance defects.
10. Provide solutions for common tire failure modes.
11. Control and keep track of tire equipment /tools under his supervision.
12. Report team performance monthly.
13. Provide analysis for tire parameters effect to Cost/km (tire brand, size, position, loads, project type, routes…etc).
14. Achieve tire KPIs ( Cost/km , MTTR , MKmBF)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science is highly preferred
- Very good command in English written and spoken
- Previous solid experience in Tire field is a must (5 years or more)
- Good Analytical & Managerial skills, details oriented person
- Excellent user of MS Office Applications
- Work Location: New Cairo – Katameya
