Graduated From Faculty of Engineering
Major : mechanical automotive
Experience : Fresh Graduates
Duties :
1-Greets Customers with a friendly manner and gives the initiative to help them.
2-Records and maintains Customer data on the computer for easily search.
3-Identifies customer needs and the appropriate ways to meet customer needs.
4-Opens job orders including customer and maintenance needs to be delivered to workshop Engineer.
5-Explains Maintenance Process and cost to customer before maintenance start.
6-Coordinates with Maintenance department and solve any problems to meet required quality.
7-Ensures high customer satisfaction with services and maintains good relationships with them.
