* As a Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible in achieving all company set objectives, maximizing stores’ contribution through exploiting sales and maintaining cost controls.

* The Country Sales Manager also assists in delivering the highest level of motivation and development of the team, whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.


* Ensure the achievement of the maximum quality of services and exceeding Customer expectations. Direct the sales team members’ performance and supervise their activities in Customer greeting and reception, ensuring their adherence to Tagoury’s House’s policies and standards of Customer service.

* Overseeing the entire floor operations of the retail showrooms, your role as the Country Sales Manager, you are responsible for all sales operations, in stores and exhibitions, to achieve maximum performance in accordance with the agreed targets

* You will ensure the sales, turnover and cost targets in the short, medium and long term, and achieves agreed profit targets.

* You will formulate the sales strategy and achieve targets, responsible for regular planning of turnovers and sales figures and ensures that the monthly target figures of the company are laid down in an annual business plan down to every sales man.

* You must be sharp in analyzing the need for investment, according to the market study, and submits proposals to the management, checks the measures taken in the sales department, checks and when necessary, adjusts the monthly stipulated figures for each salesman in agreement with management, manages the stock level and releases new orders.

* Overseeing all Direct Reports for periodic performance review and resolving any pending issue that requires the facilitation from top management

* Day to day running of the stores and all departments within, in addition to exhibitions, if current.

* Ensure communication is effective throughout stores and warehouses

* Implement and review all stock loss prevention controls.

* Implement processes specific to store product/size/location

* Manage a team including: in store training, recruitment (where applicable), motivation, coaching, development, disciplinary and performance appraisals

* Implement store layout, visual merchandising, stock and fixture positioning according to brand guidelines and customers’ need.

* Manage stock replenishment, product launches and promotions

* Ensure store is fully compliant administratively and procedurally according to company guidelines and deadlines

*Maximize sales and ensure customer focus is prioritized at all times

* Weekly/daily analysis of commercial reports and implementation of action plans where necessary

* Maintaining an excellent reputation for the brand

* Upholding high standards of retail service levels

* Management of staff for quarterly performance review
