Title:Software Engineer
Description:
The candidate's responsibilities will be working with a team of skilled PHP and Drupal
developers. He will be constantly exposed to new challenging technology that will require a
constant learning process. He will work in projects involving international organizations and other
international stakeholders. He will also work in a cloud computing environment.
Experience with HTML, DHTML.
Knowledge in Apache HTTP Server, phpMYAdmin (MySQL), PHP.
Experience with IDEs or any coding editors (vim, eclipse, Komodo Edit, gvim, and gedit)
is an asset.
Ability to adapt, learn and search for new technologies in the open source platform
Ability to work in a complex, deadline oriented environment.
Excellent English written and verbal communications skills at the business and technical
level.
Ability to integrate rapidly with an existing team.
Positive and flexible attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor Degree.
Comply with the Software Quality Control implemented at IT Synergy.
General IT technical skills (network, hardware, concepts).

abilities:
Ability to: Prioritize tasks, meet project schedule requirements; work effectively with users,
technical personnel and consultants to achieve stated objectives, work on a team of developers
according to our software development process guidelines, conduct research, prepare reports
and recommendations; establish and maintain effective working relations with co-workers and
customers; exercise initiative and independent judgment within established procedural
guidelines; responding effectively to customer requests.
Skills in: Analyzing, identifying and execute his assigned tasks provided to him/her upon the
team leader request. analyzing system malfunctions and determining effective solutions, execute
his assigned tasks within scheduled time, assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks, projects and
demands, effective oral and written communication in Arabic and in English; Individual is able to
work with minimal supervision and actively participate in a team oriented, provide solutions and
new ideas or different approaches to satisfy requirements arisen on projects.
Must be ambitious, like to work hard, be highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-
paced environment.
