· Duties:
> Overseeing and administering the day to day activities of the office.
> Performing and coordinating administrative activities that include creating, storing, retrieving and integrating information for staff and clients.
> Performing research and analysis on specific issues, as required, and independently prepares non-routine letters and/or reports, which may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature.
> Coordinating the disposition and/or resolution of individual problems and disputes involving staff as they arise.
> Planning and scheduling meetings, organizing and maintaining files, creating presentations, preparing reports, correspondence and other required documentation for an organization.
> Ensures that office operations are in compliance with policy provisions and standards.
· Qualifications:
> Possess organizing and coordinating skills.
> Having good Knowledge of office management principles and procedures.
> Skillful in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
> Proficient with typing and computer applications such as word processors, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as office equipment such as copiers, faxes and phone systems.
> Ability to work under pressure and to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects.
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
> Fluent in verbal and written English. French language is a must.
· Preferred Skills:
> Having an HR previous Experience and Background is a plus .
