JOB DETAILS:
Job Title:. Maintenance Technician .
Company Field: Gases Industries.
Job Location: KSA El Riaddah.
Required Experience: 3 – 5 years experience required of maintenance of different equipment, with a history of achievements.
Salary: 3,000
Duties:
• Spares ordering for the plants both foreign and local spares for the maintenance of all plants to be kept in stock at all times.
• Responsible to implement, supervise and maintain the maintenance program (preventive and corrective) on all the plants and maintain the records as per standards.
• Carry out the equipment/machines maintenance under the agreed time.
• Working with the plant staff in minimizing incidence of machine down time.
• Assign daily maintenance jobs for all the maintenance team staff.
• Keep record for all the calibration gauges.
• Keep record for all mechanical and electrical tools present on all plants.
• Ensure the availability of all tools, jigs and fixtures and other accessories requested for conducting the maintenance work.
• Study machine/equipment performance to determine the need for parts replacement.
• Monitor the quality of all the maintenance jobs conducted.
• Other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or either 14 yrs of technical education.
Skills:
• Ability to work independently and self motivated.
