Position Title: External Delivery Assistant.
Department Name: Operations.
1-Responsible for updating the shipped orders with our in house systems on a daily bases
2-Check the status of the orders with the shipping company
3-Conform the packaging with the shipping company standards
4- Responsible for our systems consistency.
5- Integrate the order cancellation in our systems
Knowledge and skills:-
-Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
-Detail Oriented
-Ability to work fast under pressure.
-Flexible in terms of working hours.
-Proactive in developing solution to increase the productivity.
-Fluent English
-Team spirit
-Punctual and maintain consistent attendance.
