Welcome to our fast track to a Leadership career path – the Management Associate Development Program at MetLife. MetLife is a financial services powerhouse and a leading provider of insurance, and employee benefits to over 90 million customers worldwide.

Program

In the Management Associate Development Program, your trajectory starts by aligning your talents with high-profile roles. As a full-time member of our program, you will spend three 12-18 month rotations in two of our three global regions. 

You’ll gain experience delivering real results with opportunities for rotations across multiple functions, which may include strategy, marketing, operations, and product development. You’ll be assigned a mentor and receive coaching from senior leaders, along with in-depth trainings.

Path

Associates through this program can look forward to having exposure to executive level managers and will be trained to become the next generation of leaders for MetLife. One thing is certain, the experience you gain from this program will be critical as you help drive the future of the business, both at home and abroad.
