Description Maintain a safe work environment; ensure security, health, safety and code compliance. 2. Manage facilities and site services programs; supervise employees to ensure planning, design, and management of operations, projects, expansion, and customer relations meet corporate and business unit objectives. 3. Monitor long and short-term service contracts including: custodians, security, food services, construction, architects, real estate brokers, grounds etc. to ensure continual operations with minimal down time. 4. Manage building space allocation and layout, company facilities growth and reduction, and ensure continual operation of building services (support, mail reception, conference rooms, package delivery, fax and copy services). Coordinate with senior management as appropriate. 5. Meet with government agencies and officials regarding transportation, utilities and other issues.
