Learning and Development Specialist:

A very big well known multinational company is looking for Learning and Development Specialist:




Responsibilities:

-A Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist is responsible for management and coordination of Learning Programs in the company.

-Reports directly to Learning & Development Leader.

-Works with Leadership Development Team, HR Managers and delivery vendors to provide quality-training programs to develop exceptional leaders.



Required Qualifications:

1.University diploma

2.Strong background in program and/or event coordination

3.Excellent written and oral communicationskills in English language

4.Flexibility, with ability to adapt to changing environments and role responsibilities

5.Ability to travel up to 40% of time



Preferred Qualifications:

1. 3 or more years of experience in program/event management or organizational learning.

2. Experience using web technologies to deliver and/or support training.

3. Strong MS Office skills
