Title: Call center supervisor.

Qualifications:

• University graduate

• Requires a minimum of 5 years experience most of which in Customer Service/ Call Center environment, problem resolution and supervision

... • Excellent written and communications skills. Computer literacy required

• Motivated self starter

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Being familiar with call center technologies
