Description -Clustering materials & set material strategy for every cluster/Defining planning parameters & Safety stock for every material -Ensure keeping the right safety stock for every material that can provide the best customer service -Manage material OOS -Highlight any future risk for material stoppages & work with R&D to find alternative formulas -React to any sudden volume change & secure material to Fuel the Growth -Generate weekly MRP & issue planned orders report/coverage report -
Balance between W/H cost, Effect on working capital & providing the best Customer service Generate weekly production schedule -Contact person between sales & production and provide constrained volumes to sales -Initiate solutions to close the Gap between constrained and unconstrained -Provide long term volume delivery projection based on agreed monthly capacity 5. Manage F.G stock with the right safety stock per SKU to deliver monthly volumes with the best Customer service Qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering - 0 to 2 years of experience in FMCGs - Self confident and Logical thinking - Communication, Problem Solving and Leadership skills
