• Develops solutions that leverage the Company' s volumes, systems and partnerships while providing consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner
• Identifies and prioritizes logistics needs and communicates recommendations to upper management in order to achieve efficient service
• Oversees scheduling and dispatching of more than 80 company-owned trucks
• Enforces compliance with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations
• Maintains, reviews and analyze operation reports on driver breakage and shortages, return orders, vehicle maintenance, fuel expenditures, driver attendance and driver vacation schedules
• Responsibilities include opening new market in K.S.A and other GCC countries and develop business contracts with prospective customers/projects
• Performs other related work as required
