• Handle incoming phone calls, mail and other material
• Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
• Order and dispense office supplies
• Supervise other staff, and provide training and orientation to new staff
• Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of other staff
