2 PHP developers are needed immediately to join a strong team responsible for designing, and developing applications on LAMP setup
Requirements:
• Strong experience with PHP object oriented programming.
• Experience working on custom MVC frameworks is STRONGLY preferred e.g. codeigniter, Zend or even smarty library.
• Database design and optimization knowledge is required.
• Front end development skills is a MUST: HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JQUERY
• Experience with all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle including testing, maintenance and production deployment to remote servers.
• Experience working with SVN source control.
• Understanding of high-transaction, high volume traffic websites.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and brainstorm with other developers/senior developers on ideas, work flow and technologies
• We’re looking for a Senior PHP Developer (2-3 years Experience) and Junior PHP Developer (1 year Experience).

Job duties
• Produce detailed design specification documents from project requirements.
• Code projects using existing design standards based on specification documents.
• Help gather and provide input to assist in overall team process improvement and product design stability.
• Properly track issues and resolutions in relation to the development effort.
• Communicate and document project status to management and client.
• Ensure that all code retains logical stability, reliability, confidentiality, and integrity of systems in accordance with policies, procedures and guidelines, taking appropriate actions for all violations.
• Communicate directly with management to gather and complete project based requirements.
• Day to day this job is 95% hands on PHP and MYSQL development and testing, this person must be very competent and comfortable in a day to day development role.
• Work with Project Manager and business owners to refine and clarify project requirements.
• Work with Project Manager to help manage projects and systems and fulfill assigned tasks on time.
