Mobile app developer vacancy in Kuwait

We are looking for a senior mobile app developer to lead the design, development and maintenance of Android and IPhone apps. The developer will lead the entire app lifecycle right from the concept stage until delivery and post launch support. In addition to delivering the product the successful candidate will be heavily involved in driving the mobile strategy globally.
1. Acting as lead IOS and/ or Android developer. Depending on the skills set can be on one platform and play supporting role across the other.
2. Working closely with another app developer leading the other platform development.
3. Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support
4. Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products
5. Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.
6. Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects.
7. Working with the front end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features.
8. Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences.
9. Standardizing the platform and across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort
10. Optimizing performance for the apps
Skills:

Qualifications:
1. Strong OO design and programming skills in Android SDK, Objective-C, Java (J2EE/ J2ME).
2. Familiar with ECLIPSE Development Environment
3. Expert in IOS SDK (xcode, OpenGL, UIKit, Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Location, etc).
4. Expert in web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
5. Firm knowledge of MS SQL, SQLite, MySQL database management system.
6. Expert in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery.
7. Experience using social media APIs
8. Ads integration using a 3rd party ad server (DART)
9. Using version control and Protocols: (XMPP& SIP ) is a must
10. Good knowledge of GPS, Augmented reality and image recognition API’s
