Job Position: International Customer Service Advisor (Irish account)
Answer customer’s calls and provide WOW customer service experience over the phone supporting Irish Account.
1) Technical Background is a must.
2) Previous customer service experience in an offshore call center as “Xbox, Cisco, Samsung “
3) College Graduates.
4) Fluent English with native accent is A Must
5) Excellent communication Skills
6) Flexible with shift basis (No over night shifts)
7) Fast Learner.
